I have now tried twice to place a large order with Serengeti Fashions on their website. In both cases, there was an error when I tried to check out and I was told to call a phone number, where they wanted me to place my order by phone.

I had just spent an hour selecting and inputing a very large order (over 30 items) and was not thrilled about having to repeat the whole process over the phone. This is the second time this has happened to me!

In both cases, the person I called didn't even try to solve the website problem -- they merely asked me to place my order with them. Serengeti lost a very big order and a customer for life!

Yes, something is wrong with the Serengeti Website. Not one item I entered in Aug.

2018 ever got into my cart: and also, one selection showed multiple colors but never on repeated attempts let one choose a color.

Nor put it in the cart. Their website is basically nonfunctional.


They have not authorized to take $14.95 out of my account it continues to happen. This is a scam, no more orders to them.
