Serengeti - Service
First item I ordered was apparently out of stock, but was never notified of this, I only discovered this when I called customer service to see where my order was. I foolishly ordered another item and paid a significant charge for shipping.
Unbeknownst to me I inadvertently signed up for their VIP club and only noticed this when I checked my monthly credit card statement and saw the charge of $14.95. I requested a cancellation to their VIP club and after one week. I have still not received the $14.95 credit to my credit card. I will contact them again.
