In March of 2017 I ordered and received a pretty top that was too big. At that time, I backordered the same top in the next size down.

This was for an event on June 10, 2017. Well here it is September 11th and I still have not received the item. I was told in August that it had come in, but needed to be checked in and would be sent out that week. Every week I was told something else.

Now I'm told that it hasn't come in yet even though my backorder status says "being processed". I'm going to send back the large top plus a purse to match because I doubt that I'll ever get the smaller size to try on.

SINCE MARCH!!! I will never order from Serengeti again nor will I ever order from their other Potpourri Group catalogs: CatalogFavorites.com, NorthStyle.com, ExpressionsCatalog.com, PyramidCollection.com, NaturesJewelry.com, CountryStoreCatalog.com.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Clothing design and material.

I didn't like: Lengthy backorder times, Being lied to by customer service reps.
