Ordered an item in November. Was initially told that item was delayed in shipping, and that was appreciated.

Then received an email stating a shipping order was created on Dec 13. Never heard another word from them. I emailed them on Dec 20 and the reply was that the item would definitely arrive by Christmas. Emailed again on Dec 23, and was again told item was “definitely be there by Christmas”.

Now it’s Dec 26, and still no item. They’ve also turned off all communication on Facebook and have stopped replying to emails. ANd the best part: they don’t do refunds.

They’ve taken $43 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. They lie and steal.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $43.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being lied to, Stopping communication on fb.
