Same as others. Mystery charge of $14.95 showed up on card, card company alerted me. Customer service was not happy with me and was resisting the refund. Said I had to go through some process e-mail, blah, blah, blah. I insisted on an immediate refund, I had seen no e-mail sent by them. She reluctantly agreed to refund. I will definitely follow up.

I only wish I had checked this company before I purchased anything! I finally received an email stating I would receive my funds. The items were returned in 7 day after I received them. Ordered 2/21/20 and 2/29/20. A tracking number was placed on the return. Serengeti received in 7 business day. I received an email on 4/02/20 stating my funds would be returned in 7-10 days. I have never received a cent!

Incorrect clothing information

I purchased a dress (item # WG247). On line and in my catalog it clearly shows as "machine wash". Upon receipt I see the tag says hand wash only. I never buy hand wash items and before returning, I called Customer Service 3/7/20 10:30 a.m. and explained to "Mel" that I feel I should be reimbursed for $10.99 shipping and the $7.95 return postage they keep. She said to put a note on the return paperwork and it would be take care of. I was only reimbursed for cost of dress -$7.95. I'm out $18.94! So, I sent an email to Customer Service March 21, 2020 and have not received a response yet. Note a very reputable company in my estimation.

Not worth the aggravation

Placed order 1 week ago for 5 items. Received confirming email right after ordering saying 4 of 5 items were in stock, and the 5th item was due in stock yesterday. After 1 week order still hasn't shipped so I called cust service. They said the 4 items that were listed in my order confirm as "in stock" were backordered and the 5th item was now due in stock in yet another 3 weeks. The rep could not give me a straight answer when I asked why I received an order confirm a week ago stating 4 items were in stock when today she told me they had been back ordered. Meanwhile, she said I will receive my order in 7 to 10 business days. So I am paying 10% in shipping fees for the "privilege" of waiting 3 weeks by the time I actually receive my order. I suspect this company is not paying its vendors which is why this is happening. I am done with them. Stay away!

I Googled Sherpa lined sweater. I was given some options to choose from and I noticed that this company was advertising a really cute sweater on sale.

It was priced $14.99 a regular $63 so of course I tapped on it it took me to the catalog. That price for the same exact sweater was $64.95-$74.95. I called customer service and I was given the runaround I was transferred twice they insisted it was $64.95 and then they transferred me to their corporate office back east and of course the office is closed! this is a clear case of false advertising I checked the color of the sweater and there was only one color option and also the size so there is no reason that they could give me for me seeing the $14.99 price on this.

I will be calling the corporate office first thing tomorrow morning and I am going to be insisting that I get this sweater for $14.99 or I'm going to be turning them into the better business bureau. It's called false advertising and also I believe it possibly could be a bait-and-switch situation

I did not know I signed up for a 15 dollar a month automatic payment to come directly out of my credit card when I ordered an item of clothing. I will never order anything again from this company

When purchasing an item of clothing I was automatically signed up for monthly 25 dollar payment without knowing it. Another scam.

I ordered 3 items last October. I received 2 of them.

The 3rd was back ordered, so I canceled it the same month via their web form "contact us." There is never a response using their website, by the way. Fast forward to January, my credit card company shows a charge for the canceled item, then I receive the item. I was not about to pay the return fee, so I contacted them again via their website. No response.

I sent a message on their FB page, and the response was to contact them via their website! Today I called CS and asked to speak to a supervisor whose name was "Conner." I had to pin him down about the return fee being reimbursed since he said they would reimburse me for the cost of the item.

So finally, he said they would reimburse me for the return fee as well. I told him if they did not, I will contact my credit card company!

I ordered a sweater vest and gloves. Took 2 weeks to get to me. Gloves didn't fit/cheap quality. Sent back (their return label). Took 3 weeks. They charged me $8 for returning, then charged me $14.95 for VIP membership (recurring charge every month), that I never signed up for. I spent an hour on the phone with 2 different departments, and 4 people trying to resolve these issues. Tried wearing the best last week. The entire inside was sewn wrong. I'm not going to try and send it back after this. These 2 items weren't cheap (almost $100). Nice little scam they got going! I was a first time customer...do you think I'll be a second?
