Cashed my check, sent NOTHING

I ordered an outfit, sent a check $102.54 which included shipping, handling, taxes, etc. They sent a letter that I owed $10+ more. I returned the letter, cancelling the order, requesting the check be returned. However, they cashed my check instead. I have NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. They stole my $102.54. Haven't heard from then since.

After posting on this site, about 10 days later I finally received a check from Serengeti in the full amount of $102.54 with a note that the item I ordered "No Longer Was In Stock."

Get your canceled check from the bank. Go to small claims court.

Fill the documents with a copy canceled check. On paper with legal evidence. Also your bank should fight reimbursement.

Is this a Chinese company? Also AVOID ROSEGAL.COM THE WORST.

Half of my order was back ordered. I found out after I paid and received half the order. After I called they told me one item would be a month out and the other two months. I would never have ordered these if I knew that will cancel them. Also very hard to contact customer service... long wait.

Cancel my VIP membership

I sent an e-mail last month to cancel my subscription ot your VIP club; I got billed for this club charge again. That means you ignored my request!

CANCEL IT NOW!!! I applied for this with my last order, but it was never applied, so why should I pay for something I don't receive. PLEASE cancel my VIP membership this time!!

Immediately contact your bank. File credit card scam report and tell the credit card division to freeze payments released from the bank.

Your a consumer the banks works for you. Thank God I read ALL THE COMPLAINTS. Throwing out the catalog. AVOID ROSEGAL.COM HORRIBLE COMPANY never sent Receipts broke up the order sent two parcels.

My BANK is fighting NOW to get my money back. These are scam companies.

Somewhere when I ordered something over a year ago, they signed me up for some monthly club which cost $14.95. I missed that and when I noticed that monthly charge on my credit card, I called them and was told, tough s$#t! No money back. Outrageious!

Call your credit card company and ask them to place a block on any charges form this company. I believe the CCC can make this happen.

Many Across The Globe on-line boutiques with the same bad reviews. Made in America is the best.

I was charged a sales tax rate for a city I don't live. I contacted them before the item was shipped, but it was not corrected,, I have contacted 4 times since I received the order by phone and Email and they refuse to correct it and refund the amount owed. Terrible Customer Service

I place an order on March 31 and chose the expedited shipping option which said that I should have the item in 3-5 business days which would have been Friday, April 5. When I checked the status of my order on April 3, the item still hadn't been shipped. I called to inquire about when my order would arrive. The person I spoke to said "We don't honor expedited shipping" she said that they were doing inventory in their warehouse, so the items would be delayed and would not arrive for at least another 7-10 days. I asked why expedited shipping was an option if they don't honor, and since I had paid for that service, I expected to receive it. She said, "you haven't paid yet, your credit card hasn't been charged." I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and then came back a few minutes later to tell me that nothing could be done. Since I needed the items for a vacation, and they wouldn't be arriving in time, I asked her to cancel the order and send me an email confirming that the order had been canceled. She said, "we don't send emails for canceled orders." This is the third time I have had problems with this company. I like their products, but will NEVER order from them again.

I bought a dress, suppose to get a discount and did not get it. Wrote to them multiple times, NO RESPONSE. You can tell by website it does not have anything about the VIP and how to cancel it. DON'T buy from them!!!!

Catalogs

I have requested for several years to have my name removed from the catalog list. The catalogs stop, and then start up again in about 6-8 months often with a slightly different variation on my name.

Calling the company does nothing. They promise to stop sending the catalogs after the next one which is printed, and then the catalogs start again in about 6 months.

REMOVE MY NAME AND KEEP IT OFF THE MAILING LIST. TRACY LEE ADAMS OR TRACEY ADAMS

Backorders

I am pleased with most of the items I've received from Serengeti. However, I've ordered 3 times, each time all items were available, and each time I have received an order one or more items are backordered, and then the item never seems to be available again. I received an order (definitely my last!) yesterday, only to find 2 of the 6 items I ordered are backordered with no targeted ship date listed. One of the items that is back ordered is one part of an outfit I ordered. I will not be ordering again.

Doesn't honor their promotions

I tried to order online for my mother for the first time with a 15% off first order advertised promotion. When I went to check out I repeatedly got an error message about my billing zip code(it was correct). I called their customer service number and tried to place the order by phone. I spoke with a representative that sounded suspiciously like a high tech computer system that kept prompting me to add more items to my already $200+ order in order to get the discount. I cancelled the order! Something is super sketchy about this company and I'm watching my checking account closely for charges.
