Kept getting charged $14.95/monthly for a VIP membership???? Contacted my credit card company and they took care of it. What a scam. $14.95 a month for NOTHING! Don't remember checking any "box" asking for special status. Will never do business with them or ANY of their affiliates again.

Ordered 2 items and one backordered for months. Ordered 1 items shipped but charged shipping for 2 items. After reading complaints I really doubt I will ever see the other item or a refund of half of the shipping. Please read all reviews and do not order from this company. A real rip off.

Placed am order w weeks ago and Sergenti is in same state, half hpur drive from me. I called and they had bo record of my order and told me to call mty bank to see if check was cashed. She said it was only wat to tell of they got order. No more buissnes from me.
